You will support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations, helping ensure products and materials are delivered accurately, safely, and on time to support production and customer commitments.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety directly contribute to operational success and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and shipping documentation.\nVerify packing slips, bills of lading, and shipment contents while resolving discrepancies with internal departments as needed.\nAccurately record material receipts and inventory transactions within the ERP system in a timely manner.\nPrepare, package, and verify outbound shipments to ensure products arrive safely and accurately at their destination.\nOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently.\nMaintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records while supporting document retention and filing requirements.\nFollow established warehouse processes, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards to maintain an organized work environment.\nSupport inventory management, material storage, stock replenishment, and cross-functional warehouse operations as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nUnited States citizenship required.\nAbility to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and twisting throughout the workday.\nBasic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems.\nStrong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.\nAbility to work occasional overtime, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.\nPreferred Qualifications\n1-3 years of experience in material handling, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support.\nPrevious forklift operating experience and forklift certification.\nExperience working with ERP systems and inventory management processes.\nAbility to drive company vehicles and pass applicable physical requirements.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nExperience supporting multiple product lines or high-volume production environments.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt Flowserve, you'll find a range of options to fit your and your family's needs.
