# Onsite Application Engineer

Job Title On-Site Applications Engineer Your Role and Impact The On-Site Applications Engineer will be permanently based at a customer facility and serve as the primary technical interface for Flowserve mechanical seal products, services, and reliability solutions. This role is responsible for providing responsive technical support, troubleshooting equipment and seal-related issues, conducting failure analysis, supporting product and application selection, delivering customer training, and monitoring service performance. The successful candidate will build and maintain a strong long-term customer partnership by ensuring agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved, identifying reliability-improvement opportunities, and coordinating effectively with customer personnel and Flowserve’s engineering, service, workshop, supply chain, and commercial teams.
