Your Role and Impact As the Operating Reactors Leader, you will drive Flowserve’s enterprise-wide strategy to maximize aftermarket business for operating nuclear power plants undergoing life extension, uprates, and refurbishments. Operating primarily at the global and utility-fleet level, you will develop comprehensive aftermarket service strategies while building critical relationships with corporate utility leaders to connect procurement decisions with site-level execution. By partnering with End User Sales and representing Flowserve across major nuclear industry organizations, you will directly impact our strategic growth and ensure a repeatable, standardized approach to aftermarket pursuits. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an enterprise-wide aftermarket service strategy for operating nuclear reactors globally. Build and strengthen relationships with utility corporate engineering and supply chain teams to capture strategic growth opportunities. Partner with End User Sales teams to create a comprehensive aftermarket opportunity map for pumps, valves, seals, and actuators.
