The role supports sales growth, quotation performance, forecasting accuracy, opportunity pipeline management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAct as the key point of contact for customer inquiries, quotations, and commercial support.\nCoordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Site Hubs, and Sales teams to prepare accurate and timely proposals.\nReview customer specifications and documents to ensure compliance with Flowserve technical and commercial requirements.\nManage aftermarket quotations, strategic offerings, win-back opportunities, and daily customer proposals.\nMonitor proposals throughout the complete bid cycle and maintain updates in the designated workload management tool.\nSupport quotation prioritization, cycle-time reduction, delivery-time improvement, and rework minimization.\nPrepare high-quality, value-priced proposals to support order fulfilment and maximize sales bookings.\nTrack and support sales forecast processes, including 30-day forecasts, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, and QBR analytics.\nCompile weekly sales reports and maintain accurate sales records, training records, organization charts, and related information.\nSupport sales leadership with performance-gap analysis, forecast accuracy, sales productivity reporting, and continuous improvement projects.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to improve customer experience, quotation hit rates, and overall sales efficiency.\nPerform other assigned duties as required.\nMain Objectives:\nDeliver accurate, timely, and competitive customer proposals.\nImprove quotation turnaround time, hit rate, and order conversion.\nSupport sales booking growth and opportunity pipeline development.\nEnsure accuracy in sales forecasting, reporting, and workload management.\nStrengthen collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Site teams.\nEnhance customer experience through responsive and professional support.\nDrive process improvements that improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.\nJob Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma/GED with 0-2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience in sales support, customer service, commercial administration, or contract administration within an engineered manufacturing environment.\nBasic understanding of pumps, rotating equipment, pump applications, parts, programs, and related processes.\nExposure to aftermarket quotations, pricing, contract review, ERP administration, and customer relationship management.\nExperience supporting power generation and utility industry customers is preferred.\nKnowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision.\nStrong organizational, reporting, and
