This individual will lead daily operations supporting valve repair, valve assembly, field service activities, and customer turnaround projects while driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement.\nThis position requires a hands-on leader capable of building team culture, developing employee accountability, and delivering exceptional customer responsiveness in a fast-paced industrial service environment.
