Job Description Summary The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive project and operational support, ensuring the efficient coordination and execution of customer orders from receipt through to completion and delivery. Working closely with Project Managers, Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain teams, the role supports the achievement of project milestones, customer commitments and business objectives. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, coordinating materials and resources, maintaining accurate project documentation, supporting quotations and order fulfilment, and proactively identifying and resolving potential delays. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining effective communication between internal departments, suppliers and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
