You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project performance, and ensure every project is delivered in line with agreed technical specifications, commercial terms, quality requirements, and customer expectations.\nYour role\nAs Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle-from project initiation through completion. Acting as the key connection between customers and internal teams, you will ensure clear communication, disciplined execution, and timely resolution of risks or issues.\nYou will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, QA/QC, Assembly, and other stakeholders to convert customer requirements into a clear, controlled, and deliverable project plan.\nKey responsibilities\nOwn overall project execution, performance, safety, and customer satisfaction across assigned projects, ensuring compliance with Red Point guidelines and standards.\nReview customer orders, Valve Data Sheets, and technical specifications to ensure a complete and “clean” order before work begins.\nLead internal project kick-off meetings and ensure an effective handover from Sales to the operational organization.\nCreate, manage, and communicate project plans, milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, and status updates.\nCoordinate the activities of cross-functional project team members and matrix-reporting stakeholders.\nWork with Engineering to confirm lead times, clarify technical requirements, identify critical components early, and support make-or-buy decisions.\nMonitor progress against plan, identify bottlenecks and potential escalations, and lead timely corrective action.\nApply change-management processes to control changes in scope, cost, schedule, and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate customer order reviews, expediting visits, inspections, and technical discussions as required.\nEnsure project documentation-including drawings, procedures, certificates, and test documentation-is submitted, reviewed, approved, and controlled on time.\nPartner with QA/QC and Assembly to review test procedures and ensure compliance with applicable standards, legal requirements, and customer specifications.\nMaintain regular, transparent communication with customers regarding milestones, delivery performance, potential risks, and escalation topics.\nManage spending expectations and support continuous improvement through effective risk, change, and performance management.\nWhat you bring\nExperience in project or program management within an industrial, engineered-to-order, manufacturing, or rotating-equipment environment.\nStrong estimating, scheduling, budgeting, risk-management, and change-management capabilities.\nThe ability to read, understand, and interpret technical customer specifications and translate them into practical project actions.\nExcellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.\nStrong team-building, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and conflict-resolution skills.\nA proactive, adaptable, and accountable approach, with a strong customer focus.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools.\nA bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.\nLean, Green Belt, or Black Belt training is an advantage.\nWhy Red Point Alloys?\nThis is an opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment where responsiveness, precision, and customer trust matter.
