The right candidate MUST have direct experience in Pump's OEM/QRC field, and he should report directly to the Quality Manager.\nKey Roles & Responsibilities:\nQuality Responsibilities\nPerform and support documented inspections to verify conformance of parts, repairs, and assemblies to applicable drawings, procedures, specifications, and statutory/regulatory requirements.\nSupport the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project quality plan in line with customer and Flowserve requirements.\nDefine, coordinate, and control project quality documentation required for repairs, inspections, and final release.\nPerform dimensional, visual, painting, and welding inspections according to applicable procedures and acceptance criteria.\nReview and verify supplier, welder, and NDE personnel qualifications and ensure compliance with required standards.\nReview and approve supplier manufacturing and testing documents and support customer and third-party inspection approvals when required.\nPrepare test and inspection requirements for assigned projects, including ITPs and procurement specifications.\nDocument non-conforming material and support NCR processing and resolution.\nSupport internal quality audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.\nEnsure adherence to relevant quality standards, laws, regulations, and customer-specific requirements.\nMaintain accurate records, inspection reports, quality logs, and release documentation.\nSupport operational excellence initiatives and high levels of customer service.\nHSE Responsibilities\nSupport the implementation of site HSE procedures and safe work practices within the Pump QRC.\nPromote compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work requirements, and risk control measures.\nParticipate in hazard identification, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety awareness activities.\nMonitor work areas for unsafe conditions and unsafe behaviors and support corrective actions.\nSupport incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions.\nEnsure contractors and employees follow required safety requirements, including PPE, housekeeping, lifting safety, and equipment safety.\nAssist in environmental and safety compliance activities as required by site procedures and regulations.\nEncourage a strong safety culture through coaching, communication, and daily field presence.\nRequired Experience and Qualification:\nB.Sc. in Engineering or related technical discipline.\n7 years of relevant experience in pump OEM, repair, or rotating equipment environment.\nStrong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, welding, NDE, and related standards.\nThorough Experience and understanding of machining, assembly, and test operations for pumps and associated accessories.\nKnowledge of inspection equipment and tools used in machining, assembly, and test operations.\nThorough Experience working in a repair/QRC or manufacturing environment is a MUST.\nThorough knowledge of API 610 and API 682.\nKnowledge of site HSE practices, hazard identification, and industrial safety requirements.\nAwareness of HSE requirements for industrial workshop and field environments.\nFamiliarity with permit-to-work, risk assessment, PPE, lifting safety, and safe equipment handling.\nCertified internal/Lead Auditor 9001:2015 is MUST.\nCertified internal/Lead Auditor 14001 & 45001 is preferrable.\nCertification in Welding inspection i.e., AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 is preferrable.\nCertification in Painting inspection i.e., NACE Level II, SSPC Level II or equivalent is preferable.\nKnowledge of the established quality standards, laws and regulations of national and international standards.\nSafety-related certification or formal HSE training is MUST.\nFlexible, eager to learn, accurate, analytical with positive, can-do attitude.\nFlexibility and willingness to travel.\nGood interpersonal, communication, negotiation,
