This role requires strong technical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and support Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.\nPartner with internal customers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.\nConfigure, customize, and develop within Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and related tools.\nSupport integration efforts using web services and APIs, including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.\nWork with large data volumes while considering platform limits, performance tuning, and scalability.\nParticipate in code reviews, peer testing, unit testing, functional testing, and deployment activities.\nFollow DevOps and continuous delivery practices for Salesforce metadata migration and code deployment.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, implementation guides, architecture diagrams, and design documents.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to support application performance, troubleshooting, and experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.\n4-5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.\nStrong experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, and development.\nHands-on experience with core web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SDLS v2 and jQuery.\nStrong knowledge of the Force.com platform, including Apex, LWC, LWR (is a plus), XML, AJAX, SOQL, SOSL, unit testing, and peer testing.\nExperience working with web services and integrations, including REST and SOAP.\nUnderstanding of object-oriented programming, application design principles, Salesforce best practices, and design patterns.\nExperience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.\nExperience supporting CRM projects for mid-market and enterprise organizations.\nExperience working Agile/Scrum environments and test-driven development practices.\nExperience with DevOps tools and continuous delivery processes, including code migration tools, CLI, and version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.\nStrong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively across multiple teams and adapt quickly to new technologies and business needs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.\nSalesforce Administrator certification.\nSalesforce Commerce Developer certification.\nExperience analyzing complex functional and business requirements.\nExperience supporting enterprise-level Salesforce implementations throughout the full lifecycle.\nExperience refactoring code, improving application performance, and supporting production systems.\nExperience identifying architecturally significant design decisions
