You will apply your technical accounting expertise to support statutory compliance across multiple legal entities while partnering with global Finance teams and external auditors.\nYour work will help ensure high-quality statutory reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous improvement across finance processes in a dynamic multinational environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, and corporate policies.\nPrepare and review annual statutory financial statements for multiple legal entities under applicable local accounting standards, including UK GAAP, German GAAP (HGB), and French GAAP.\nReview local accounting entries affecting statutory ledgers, including dividends, capital injections, impairments, and intercompany transactions.\nSupport statutory reserves, disclosures, and local-to-US GAAP reconciliations during monthly and quarterly close activities.\nEnsure compliance with SOX requirements and the company’s global internal control framework.\nCoordinate year-end statutory audits and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.\nRespond to audit requests and ensure statutory audit deliverables are completed accurately and on time.\nSupport ERP enhancements, automation initiatives, and process-improvement projects.\nMaintain accurate statutory accounting documentation, reconciliations, and audit support files.\nCollaborate with global Finance stakeholders to resolve statutory reporting and compliance matters.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n4-6 years of progressive accounting experience in a multinational company, Shared Services, or Business Services environment.\nStrong statutory accounting and financial-reporting experience.\nSolid knowledge of US GAAP and at least one local accounting standard, such as UK GAAP, German GAAP (HGB), or French GAAP.\nExperience working with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable platforms.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nCommunicational level of Italian or French, written and spoken.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProfessional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent certification.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nFriendly multicultural environment and team events.\nLife, accident, and health insurance.\nCafeteria package.\nCareer development and training opportunities.\nOpportunity for hybrid work.\nJoin our dynamic team for an exciting opportunity to grow in a supportive, global environment.
