Supportm\n\naintainingall Quality certifications for the business (ISO 9001:2015, otherssitespecific)as well asexternal audits (customer or third party).\n\nAct with an enterpriseand collaborationmindset.\n\nYour Profile:\nBachelor’s degree in engineeringfield (manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical)\n\n5yearsofexperienceinSupplier Quality Assurance, no leadership experience required.\n\nPreviousexperience in metal-mechanic industries and similarbusiness.\n\nISO 9001:2015InternalAuditor\n\nOverall knowledge of API, ASME(Section II,V, VIII, IX)standards.\n\nSkilled inTeam OrientedProblem Solving& Corrective Actionmanagement(8D, A3).\n\nPrior experienceleadingAPQP, PPAP, FAI,GD&T,Control Plan(Core Tools)\n\nSix Sigma Green Belt, Lean Practitioneror equivalent\n\nSkilled in data analysis and quality KPI performance management.\n\nExperience in QualitySoftwareSystems\n\nEnglish bilingual, business conversation.\n\nMust be able to travel both domestic and international50% oftime.\n\nOutgoing proactivemindset and strongcollaborativeand communication skills.\n\nUnderstand project management tools to ensure effective andtimelycompletion of project milestones.\n\nUse detailed process mapping tools to define and analyze quality workflows.\n\nEmbrace and drive accountability and performance-based culture focused on operational excellence.\n\nInteract & guide the other functional areas including manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, production, and field service/repair to evaluate failure trends, product quality problems, and quality issues.\n\nEvaluate existing quality processes and systems for effectiveness and improvement opportunities.\n\nCommunicate effectively in both verbal and written form with a wide variety of interested parties including both internal and external to Flowserve.
