Based on these risks, work with Strategic Sourcing to define the required supply-chain footprint across regions & develop scalable supply-chain models that can support significant volume growth.\nIdentify cross-functional capacity bottlenecks and develop mitigation plans.\nCoordinate with Strategic Sourcing on supplier capacity expansion and capital-investment requirements.\nEnsure Strategic Sourcing is aware and prepared for rapid increases in demand.\nRepresent Supply Chain in new product development and launch programs, establishing supply-chain requirements from the early design phase and ensuring supplier readiness. \nEnsure Design for Supply Chain / Design for Cost / Design for Manufacturing principles are incorporated.\nCoordinate FPAP and production ramp-up activities where applicable.\nOperate in full compliance with all Flowserve Policies & Procedures as applicable to the role.\nMAIN OBJECTIVES\nCost Reduction Roadmap.\nShould-Cost Models. \nStrategic Supply Chain Readiness Dashboard. \nLive Strategic Supply Chain Risk Analysis.\nPREFERED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS\n7+ years of experience in Supply Chain \nExperience in industrial equipment, pumps, rotating equipment, hydraulics, HVAC or similar engineered products.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex, global supply-chain programs.\nStrong knowledge of strategic sourcing and supplier management.\nExcellent analytical, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work effectively with senior executives, cross-functional leaders, and global suppliers.\nKnowledge of the supply base within the BU area of operation (products/markets etc).\nUnderstanding of market dynamics.\nEvidenced understanding of both commercial and technical areas of supply chain \nStrong analytical skills, which involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data \nCertified Supply Chain Professional \nGeographically mobile for development
