Responsibilities\nUniversity Recruiting & Campus Planning\nSupport planning and coordination for campus recruiting events, career fairs, and related activities.\nAssist with tracking event details, registrations, materials, key milestones, and follow-up actions.\nSupport preparation of materials and logistics for upcoming university recruiting activities.\nCandidate Experience & Recruiting Operations\nSupport candidate experience improvements by reviewing communications and resources, documenting best practices, and recommending ways to create a more consistent candidate journey.\nGain exposure to Workday recruiting business processes and assist with process documentation, data cleanup, or resource updates as appropriate.\nRecruitment Marketing & TA Technology\nCollaborate on a recruitment content series for “Day in the Life”, including a reusable template, recommended questions or conversation starters, and basic content do’s and don’ts.\nGain exposure to Talent Acquisition technology and AI-enabled tools, supporting documentation of potential use cases, best practices, or process efficiencies.\nAnalytics & Project Support\nSupport basic tracking and reporting for campus recruitment activities, candidate engagement, or event participation.\nAssist with maintaining project plans, action logs, timelines, and status updates for assigned Talent Acquisition initiatives.\nIdentify and document process improvement opportunities based on project observations, data, or stakeholder feedback.\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Business, or a related field.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nEffective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nInterest in Talent Acquisition, university recruiting, candidate experience, recruitment marketing, HR technology, analytics, or project management.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.\nFamiliarity with social media, content creation, video editing, data reporting, Workday, or AI tools is
