Adherence to standard procedures and timely completion of contract deliverables.\nResponsibilities & Requirements:\n- Manage, deliver, and support IT initiatives that identify, design, implement creative business and technology solutions for business operations\n- Establish relationships with business users and engage in day-to-day interactions with business management, sponsorship, key business application owners and act as their trusted IT adviser\n- Support key business applications from conception to grave i.e. be responsible for product management (need identification), implementation, training, ongoing health & support and finally transition to newer technologies or landscape\n- Makes efforts to understand & learn business and technical and functional skills needed to do the job\n- Adherence to Flowserve policies and procedures\n-Support IT budget planning and regular reviews of actual spending against budget, identifying variances and providing input on forecasts.\n-Review software licensing, maintenance, and vendor support costs to identify opportunities for savings and improved resource utilization.\n-Assist with reviewing vendor proposals, statements of work, purchase orders, and invoices to confirm alignment with approved budgets and agreed deliverables.\n-Partner with Finance and IT leadership to track project and operational expenses and support cost-benefit evaluations for IT investments.\n- Other duties as assigned.\nPreferred Experience / Skills:\n- Experience as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Programmer, or in a related occupation\n- Experience supporting various IT systems.
