You will work closely with internal stakeholders, partner banks, and external service providers to manage bank instruments, support cash management processes, maintain accurate treasury records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.\nThis role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in an international environment.\nYour Role\nCoordinate with partner banks to issue, amend, and track standby letters of credit (SBLCs), letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other bank instruments requested by company locations.\nReview sales contract requirements related to bank instruments and ensure alignment with internal policies and approval processes.\nPerform compliance reviews of documentation supporting SBLCs, letters of credit, guarantees, and related transactions; identify and resolve discrepancies.\nIssue and track parent company guarantees as required.\nMonitor and coordinate the internal and external process for bank-instrument-related fees, ensuring timely validation and execution.\nMaintain accurate records, documentation, and balances for issued bank instruments.\nSupport monthly cash management activities and other ad hoc treasury processes.\nCoordinate internal review and approval processes to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.\nSupport corporate real estate activities, including management of the third-party lease administration provider and lease-related database.\nAct as a key backup for stock plan administration and the rabbi trust program.\nRespond to internal and external stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and documentation.\nParticipate in treasury projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPerform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.\nYour Profile\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or another relevant field.\nApproximately 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in treasury, finance, banking, or a related area.\nWorking knowledge of banking products, including letters of credit, standby letters of credit, and guarantees.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.\nConfident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, banks, and external service providers.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to manage changing priorities independently.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
