FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries like banking and insurance and are expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.
Our platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.
We're looking for someone who can turn FlowX's story into demand - and who's genuinely excited to do it. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll help shape our GTM approach and own the operational muscle that brings it to life, with a strong focus on logistics as we expand into the vertical. Above all, we need someone who gets fired up about the AI space - someone who understands both the business and technical sides of what we do, has a sharp instinct for what's actually exciting (a customer story, a product feature, a big win), and knows how to turn that into content people want to share. AI is core to how we work, so we need someone who uses AI every single day as a real part of how they get things done.
This is a role with real ownership - you'll help set strategy, not just run the playbook, while staying hands-on across campaigns, events, content, and reporting.
What you will do on a daily basis
Strategy & industry fluency
- Participate in and help govern GTM strategy - not just execute against it
- Build fluency in the logistics industry: its language, buyers, and sales cycles
- Keep a finger on the pulse of the market and feed insights back to the sales team
Website & digital presence
- Own logistics-specific messaging and proof points on the website
- Build out LinkedIn content and broader digital presence, drawing inspiration from competitors in the space
Demand generation
- Run mass email and automated campaigns that contribute directly to qualified pipeline
- Prioritize A/B testing and measured iteration over defaulting to paid social
- Manage HubSpot end-to-end: workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, campaign attribution, and reporting dashboards
- Build and optimize landing pages, conversion flows, and nurture sequences, including segmentation and deliverability
Field marketing & events
- Research and recommend which conferences are worth attending
- Handle registration, booth setup, and on-site presentations
- Manage sponsorships
- Pull attendee and lead lists from each event, clean them, and hand off to the BDR team for outreach
- Turn customer stories and product moments into content that creates real hype - the kind of asset that gets shared, not just published
Measurement & accountability
- Track what's actually working with organized, honest reporting
- Use the data to pivot strategy, not just report on it
Cross-functional execution
- Write clear briefs, give actionable feedback, and manage multiple creative workstreams simultaneously - gated content, blog posts, ad copy, and video
- Perform leads QA across the funnel, identifying where leads get lost and keeping marketing and sales aligned on a single source of truth
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership - this role requires strong cross-functional partnership
- Bring strong cadence, organization, and follow-through to deliverables, and stay overly transparent about status and progress
Very likely you can be successful if you have
- 5+ years of hands-on B2B demand gen experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software, with a proven track record of building qualified pipeline
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, organic LinkedIn management, and email marketing (segmentation, copywriting, A/B testing, nurture sequences, deliverability)
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, campaign attribution, reporting dashboards) and the ability to keep CRM data clean
- Experience building and optimizing landing pages, conversion flows, and managing multiple creative workstreams to ship on time
- Experience or strong interest in event/field marketing - researching conferences, managing logistics, and handling sponsorships
- A bias toward rigorous measurement and A/B testing over defaulting to paid social spend
- Active daily use of AI tools across research, writing, campaign planning, and data analysis
- Comfort operating strategically as well as operationally
Nice to have
- Experience or interest in the logistics industry specifically
- Existing relationships with logistics media, influencers, or industry figures
- Experience connecting AI tools, APIs, or agents to automate marketing workflows
- Hands-on experience building custom AI agents (prompt engineering, tool use, multi-step orchestration)
- Involvement in product marketing: positioning, messaging, launch content, or sales enablement
- End-to-end webinar management experience
- Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge; GEO/AIO experience in LLM-driven search environments
- Background in or exposure to agentic AI, banking, insurance, fintech, or logistics marketing
What's in it for you
- Direct impact on how the company scales and delivers multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation deals
- Competitive compensation with an early-stage equity package
- Work alongside an ambitious leadership team driving category creation in enterprise AI
- Collaborative, fast-paced culture with room to grow and make an impact
