Representative to lead and scale our outbound motion as the BDR team grows.\nYou will standardise how the team prospects, from messaging and content to processes and tooling, and work closely with our Account Executives to generate qualified enterprise pipeline.\nThis is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to build a function, not just manage one.\nWhat you will do on a daily basis\nLead, coach and develop a growing team of BDRs.\nBuild a common playbook: messaging, scripts, sequences and outbound content.\nImplement shared processes, tooling, training and best practices across the team.\nPartner with Account Executives on territory and account planning.\nOwn BDR metrics and pipeline targets, while running your own outreach.\nWho you are\n2+ years of recent experience leading BDR/outbound teams in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally in a large organisation (e.g. ServiceNow).\nHave built, managed and coached BDR teams.\nStrong understanding of territory planning and AE-BDR collaboration.\nExperience with enterprise sales and complex sales cycles.\nVery metrics and pipeline driven.\nComfortable building a function, not just managing a mature one.\nAre a self-starter who
