From equipment repairs and preventative maintenance to on-site technical support, you'll be helping ensure our equipment performs safely, reliably and efficiently.\nHere's what you'll be doing:\nEquipment Maintenance & Repairs: Service, maintain and repair FLS equipment to high-quality OEM standards.\nWorkshop & Field Support: Undertake repairs, servicing and maintenance in the workshop and at customer sites.\nInspections & Fault Identification: Conduct routine equipment inspections, identify defects and recommend practical repair solutions.\nBreakdown Support: Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist in restoring equipment availability while minimising downtime.\nCommissioning & Technical Support: Assist customers with equipment commissioning, servicing and ongoing maintenance requirements.\nCustomer Reporting: Prepare clear photographic reports, document findings and provide recommendations to customers.\nQuality & Safety: Deliver work safely, efficiently and in accordance with established procedures and technical standards.\nYou'll work closely with customers, contractors and your team to deliver reliable solutions and maintain the high standards FLS is known for.\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're looking for a motivated, safety-conscious tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.\nTo be successful, you'll bring:\nTrade Qualification: Recognised Boilermaker trade qualification.\nIndustry Experience: Previous field service experience, ideally working with fixed plant equipment in mining or mineral processing.\nWash Plant Knowledge: Experience with wash plant equipment will be highly regarded.\nTechnical Capability: Strong skills in equipment maintenance, repairs and fault identification.\nSafety-First Mindset: A demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, compliance and quality workmanship.\nCommunication Skills: Confidence communicating with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders.\nOrganisation & Initiative: Strong time management, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.\nComputer Literacy: Ability to use digital systems to complete service reports, documentation and work records.\nWhat's in It for You?\nAt FLS, we believe our people are at the heart of our success.
