Together, we are committed to a safe working environment for all of us.\nYour responsibilities\nPerforms manual work within generally defined work instructions which contributes to the achievement of expected production volumes.\nUses a variety of hand tools to prepare and apply Wear Resistant Materials such as rubber, ceramic tile, stone hard and ceramic bead to equipment and components related to the mineral and mining industry\nIdentify different types of lining materials\nUse safe rigging and overhead crane practice’s on various heavy metal shapes\nSafe practices for hand grinding\nSafe operation of Fork-Lift\nOperate a saw to cut ceramic tiles, carbide tungsten and rubber\nMix and apply compounds used as adhesives\nApply various lining materials to various products as per blue prints and client specifications\nMaintains safe operations by adhering to FLSmidth safety procedures and regulations.\nAs part of job enrichment, and at the company’s discretion, cross training in other areas will be given\n\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
