PLC & Control Logic Execution (On-Site)\nDownload, test, and modify PLC programs:\n\nRockwell (ControlLogix / CompactLogix)\n\nSiemens (S7 / TIA Portal)\n\nABB (AC800M / 800xA)\n\nDebug real-time issues:\n\nIncorrect interlocks\n\nSequence failures\n\nTiming issues\n\nFine-tune control logic based on actual plantbehaviour\n\n3. SCADA / ECS Commissioning\nConfigure and validate SCADA systems:\n\nFLS ECS / ECSControl enter\n\nWinCC / FactoryTalk / ABB 800xA\n\nTest:\n\nGraphics and operator screens\n\nAlarm systems and priorities\n\nTrends and data logging\n\nEnsure operator usability during live operation\n\n 4. Field Troubleshooting\nDiagnose and resolve:\n\nInstrument issues (level, pressure, flow, vibration)\n\nSignal noise / incorrect readings\n\nCommunication failures:\n\nModbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP\n\nCoordinate with:\n\nElectrical team (MCC, drives)\n\nMechanical team (equipment readiness)\n\nProcess team (operating conditions)\n\n 5. Process Stabilization & Optimization\nTune control loops (PID tuning under real load)\n\nOptimize sequences for:\n\nSmooth startup/shutdown\n\nReduced trips and false alarms\n\nImplement ECS logic improvements:\n\nExpert rules\n\nInterlock refinement\n\n 6. Integration & Communication\nEnsure seamless communication between:\n\nPLC↔SCADA↔ECS\n\nPLC↔Drives / Field devices\n\nConfigure and troubleshoot:\n\nOPC communication\n\nNetwork architecture (industrial Ethernet)\n\nSupportedge device integration(if CMS / analytics deployed)\n\n7.
