You will play a key role in translating business priorities into impactful internal messaging and supporting leadership communication.\nThe purpose of this role is to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and connected to the company’s direction through effective internal communication channels and content.\nWhat you will do:\nResponsibilities will include, but not be limited to;\nSupport the development and execution of internal communications plans aligned with company strategy and priorities\nResponsible for creating, editing, and publishing internal communication content across channels (sharepoint, intranet, email, newsletters, presentations, and digital platforms)\nSupport business leaders communications, including town halls, leadership updates, announcements, and key messaging\nCollaborate with HR and leadership to support employee engagement initiatives and change communication activities\nEnsure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and alignment with corporate communication standards\nCoordinate and manage internal communication calendars and content planning\nSupport the preparation of communication materials such as presentations, scripts, and talking points for leaders\nWork closely with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and localization of communication messages\nAssist in managing internal communication channels and tools, ensuring content is up to date and engaging\nMonitor and analyze internal communication performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations\nSupport communication efforts during organizational changes and transformation initiatives\nCollaborate with external communications and marketing teams to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging\nWhat you need to succeed:\nBS/BA Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field\n3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role\nExperience creating engaging content for multiple communication channels\nExperience supporting leadership or executive communications is an advantage\nStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills\nExperience working in a global or matrix organization is preferred\nFamiliarity with digital communication tools, intranet platforms, and content management systems\nExcellent command of English - must be fluent in writing as well as spoken\nSalary range: 700.000 DKK - 930.000 DKK\nAs an equal opportunity employer, FLS embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
