Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.\nYour responsibilities\nExecute NPD (New Product Development), Proto-Pre series development of parts, Co-coordinating & supporting with various agencies to achieve scheduled target,\nExecuting Green/Brown field Projects\nMBOM Planning, Validation & Routing production version in ERP, MBOM Creation & Change Matrix\nNew MHE/Machinery Procurement, Installation & Commissioning\nImplementing Capex projects \nDesign and Development of jigs, fixtures & templates, lifting devices & assembly aids for Productivity & quality improvements.\nCreate Process plan, PFMEA, Control plan, Standard Work Instructions (SOP) for various manufacturing processes of Fabrication, Paint & Assembly\nTime study through prevailing techniques - Define standard Cycle time for the fabrication & Assembly parts\nProductivity improvements by process improvements, Cycle time reduction, identifying & Reduction/Elimination of NVA\nProduct Quality improvement by improvising process through continuous improvements using Lean tools 5S, Kaizen, VA-NVA study, Poka-yoke, OPL etc.\nIn sourcing project for cost saving idea validation\nExecuting Installation & Commissioning of machine integration, programming changes to PLCs, Manufacturing systems and Test equipment\nSupport operations team in developing utilization plans that aligns with business objectives\n What you bring\nExperience with reading and interpreting engineering Bill of Materials (BOM)\nAbility to read and interpret manufacturing drawings with understanding of geometric tolerancing.\nExperience in designing requirements, managing, integration and implementation of Capital assets\nThorough knowledge on Fabrication, Welding, Machining & Assembly processes\nExperience in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc.,)\nThorough knowledge in manufacturing concepts (Lean manufacturing, Tooling Controls etc.,)\nHands on experience in ERPs, IoTs, MES\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nEducation Qualification\nDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / production / electrical engineering from a reputed University.\nExperience\n8 -
