For over 140 years, we have been at the forefront of innovation, delivering full flowsheet technology and services that drive efficiency and sustainability.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a tactical IT Procurement Specialist to procure/renew IT Software Licenses and IT Services required for daily business operations, project development and security compliance.\nIn this global role, you will support internal customers by securing timely new licenses and services purchases and renewals. You will ensure full alignment with FLS’s business objectives and contribute to company’s initiatives to create value, innovate, and establish sustainable supplier relationships throughout the supply base.\nKey Responsibilities\nSourcing/ Contract Negotiation\n· Participate in vendor sourcing, selection and awarding processes.\n· Manage procurement of software licenses - new/renewals.\n· Maintain a good track of purchased licenses and initiate renewals in due time to avoid business interruptions.\n· Manage procurement of IT services, including but not limited to: IT consulting and professional services, Application development and maintenance, Infrastructure and cloud services, Managed services and outsourcing, IT support services\n· Align purchases with business specifications and budget.\n· Assess vendor quotes and negotiate pricing and relevant contractual terms.\n· Proactive role in coordinating with internal stakeholders to obtain updated requirements for each renewal cycle.\n· Identify cost-saving opportunities.\nProcurement Operations\n· Review and validate Purchase Requisitions from departments\n· Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP systems, ensure PO accuracy (pricing, quantity, delivery, budget code)\n· Secure required approvals before PO release to suppliers\n· Provide support with GRNs when needed\n· Coordinate with Finance, suppliers and internal customers to sort invoice-related mismatches, payment delays etc\nContract and documentation Management\n· Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and maintain segregation of duties and approval workflows.\n· Ensure proper record keeping for audit purposes.\n· Track and report on procurement performance, savings, and compliance metrics.\n· Assist in procurement process improvements.\nKey Interfaces\nInternal: IT, Legal, Finance, Regional Procurement Teams\nExternal: Software Vendors, Cloud Service Providers, Software Distributors, IT Service Providers, Consulting Firms\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field.\n3-5 years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on IT Licenses and/or IT Services.\nProven expertise in end-to-end processes, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, operations (PR/POs) and stakeholder engagement.\nStrong analytical, communication, and project management skills.\nExperience in a global matrix organization preferred\nLocation: Bucharest (Global Scope)\nReports to Indirect IT Procurement Manager\nDepartment: Global Indirect Procurement\nAnnual Gross Salary Range: 175,000 RON -
