To do this FLSmidth needs your leadership skills, curiosity, and drive for change in the world.\nProject Manager\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and closing of various projects across Australia and potentially South East Asia within FLSmidth Private Limited. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting client expectations and company standards.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.\n\nDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.\n\nMonitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.\n\nManage international project teams, including internal staff and external contractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.\n\nCommunicate regularly with domestic and international stakeholders, providing clear and concise project updates, reports, and presentations.\n\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.\n\nEnsure adherence to FLSmidth's project management methodologies, quality standards, and safety regulations.\n\nConduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.\n\nManage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\n\n Job Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Process/Mechanical/Electrical) or related field\n\nMinimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the heavy machinery, mining, or industrial sectors.\n\nProven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.\n\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus).\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficiency in project management software is a plus (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. Flexibility on working hours will be required at times to accommodate international communications.
