We're looking for IT Business Analyst to join our team!\nMain functions and responsibilities: \n\nCollaborate closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.\n\nTranslate high-level business needs into clear, actionable backlog items such as epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nFacilitate discussions between stakeholders and the Development Team to clarify requirements and remove ambiguities.\n\nEnsure backlog items include sufficient detail, identified dependencies, and impact analysis for team commitment.\n\nConduct impact analysis to identify cascading effects of changes across complex ERP or integrated systems.\n\nAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Scrum Team, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and requirements.\n\nDocument and communicate business context, objectives, and rules to developers and QA teams.\n\nProvide impact, effort, and risk assessments to support informed prioritization decisions by the Product Owner.\n\nOrganize and facilitate requirements workshops, impact mapping sessions, and user story mapping for new features and initiatives.\n\nCreate visual process artifacts such as flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process maps for complex business logic.\n\nWork with QA to confirm that acceptance criteria and business rules are clear, complete, and testable.\n\nParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities to ensure delivered functionality meets business needs.\n\nMaintain living documentation in tools like Confluence or Wiki for critical processes, including those relevant to regulated environments.\n\nCapture and maintain business rules and regulatory requirements that impact the product backlog.\n\nRequirements for the position:\n\nKnowledge of system integrations, data flows, and cross‑module dependencies.\n\nExcellent time‑planning and task‑prioritisation abilities.\n\nStrong
