In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of advanced battery energy storage systems deployed across a range of industries. Serving as the technical authority onsite, you will ensure systems operate at peak performance while upholding the highest standards of safety and reliability. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering superior customer service and reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and support.\n\nDiagnosing and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and software issues for battery systems both remotely and on-site\n\nManage third party contractors\n\nProvide onsite technical support and training to customers on system operation and safety.\n\nDocument service activities, maintenance records, and technical reports accurately.\n\nEnsure compliance with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.\n\nRespond to emergency service requests and resolve issues under time-sensitive conditions.\n\nEnsure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and service-level agreements\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).\n\n3-5 years of proven experience in field service, preferably within battery systems, energy storage, or power electronics.\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools.\n\nAbility to travel frequently to customer sites.\n\nOur Culture\nAt Fluence, our culture is the foundation that drives our ambitious growth strategy and fuels our mission to transform the future of energy.
