End-to-End Supply Chain Execution\nOwn end-to-end material execution from PO placement through supplier delivery, manufacturing, and project fulfillment. \nEnsure material availability to support production schedules, project milestones, and customer commitments. \nDrive on-time delivery performance across suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners. \nProactively identify supply risks and execute mitigation and recovery plans. \nLead supply reviews and ensure timely closure of shortages, delays, and operational bottlenecks. \n2. Supplier & Contract Manufacturer Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers. \nDrive supplier accountability for delivery, quality, responsiveness, and capacity commitments. \nConduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions where required. \nLead escalations and negotiate delivery commitments, lead-time reductions, and recovery plans. \nPartner with suppliers to improve service, reliability, and operational performance. \n3. Cross-Functional Leadership\nWork closely with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Project teams. \nEnsure alignment between supply plans, production schedules, and project requirements. \nSupport Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), New Product Introductions (NPIs), and supplier transitions. \nDrive issue resolution and remove barriers impacting execution. \n4. Spares Procurement & Aftermarket Operations\nLead Spare Parts Procurement and Operations supporting global service and aftermarket requirements. \nEnsure timely availability and delivery of spare parts to meet customer service commitments. \nPartner with Service, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. \nDrive improvements in spare parts forecasting, inventory management, procurement processes, and fulfillment performance. \nManage critical spare part shortages and ensure rapid recovery actions. \n5. Team Leadership & People Development\nLead and develop teams supporting Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Spares Procurement, and Analytics. \nEstablish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability across the team. \nEffectively prioritize workload, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. \nCoach and mentor team members while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement. \n6. Data, Reporting & Operational Excellence\nAnalyze supply chain performance to identify opportunities for improvement. \nDevelop reporting and dashboards to track key operational metrics. \nDrive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nEnsure data accuracy and integrity across supply chain systems and reports. \nSupport implementation of ERP and supply chain process enhancements. \n7.
