This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget and quality standards. You will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder engagement to commissioning and compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee battery storage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.\n\nPlan and coordinate project activities to achieve milestones and maintain efficient workflows.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and changes.\n\nAnalyze customer requirements, define project specifications, and manage supplier deliverables.\n\nMonitor project status and implement adjustments to scope, timeline, or budget as needed.\n\nPrepare and deliver transparent reporting to both internal leadership and external clients.\n\nManage claims effectively to mitigate risks and safeguard project success.\n\nCoordinate on-site commissioning activities in collaboration with site management.\n\nEnsure compliance with PM standards, business codes, and EHS guidelines.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in plant construction/EPC, preferably in energy, grid solutions, wind, or renewable sectors.\n\nExcellent communication skills in German (native or C1) and English (professional).\n\nProject Management certification required.\n\nMaster’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.\n\nProven ability to manage demanding customers and complex projects.\n\nStrong technical and commercial acumen with a focus on deadlines and budgets.\n\nDemonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate across all management levels.\n\nThis role is critical to the success of our battery storage projects.
