For more information, please visit fluenceenergy.com.\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain project schedules:\nCreate comprehensive project schedules using P6 scheduling software jointly with Subject Matter Experts\nIntegrate BOP contractor’s schedule to the master program\nDefine project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies based on project requirements\nAssess integrity of programs and provide recommendations for model improvements\nPerform real time updates on schedules for supporting on-spot time analysis\nContinuously update and refine schedules throughout the project lifecycle\nMonitor project progress:\nRegularly track project activities and monitor progress against the established baseline\nLiaise with contractors for the timely provision of data. \nIdentify potential delays, bottlenecks, or risk and work proactively with the project team to mitigate and resolve issues\nAnalyze critical path constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend workaround\nContribute to project coordination activities:\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements, identify tasks, and allocate resources \nFacilitate cross-functional communication and ensure alignment of project timelines and dependencies\nResource management and optimization:\nEfficiently allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials based on project priorities and constraints\nIdentify resource gaps or conflicts and propose solutions to maintain project schedule adherence\nRisk management:\nIdentify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address schedule deviations jointly with Subject Matter Experts\nAnticipate potential schedule impacts due to changes in scope, resource availability, or external factors and provide recommendations for mitigating risks\nProvide necessary inputs to extension of time (EOT) claims to mitigate liquidated damage (LD) risk (As-planned/As-built Analysis, Time Impact Analysis, etc)\nDocumentation and reporting:\nMaintain accurate project schedules and all related documentation\nRegularly prepare status reports, progress updates, and dashboards for all stakeholders - highlighting key milestones, schedule variances, and any critical issues/concerns\nContinuous improvement:\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements in project scheduling\nImplement best practices, lessons learned, and industry standards to optimize execution and enhance scheduling efficiency\nPortfolio Management:\nDeliver sound portfolio reporting that combines in-flight and upcomingprojects\nAct as an integral member of the Business Unit Team, providing resource management and planning management advisory\nUtilize and develop data dashboards for effective portfolio management to support decision-making at the Business Unit level\nContribute to the establishment of standards, tools, and templates in accordance with regional and global guidelines\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nA bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field\nAt least 5 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling in Primavera P6, including resource planning/management\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work collaboratively and manage multiple and complex tasks/projects\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1minimum); proficiency in German (C1 minimum) is required for one of the positions\nExperience in coaching teams and non-specialists in scheduling for driving change will be valued\nExperience in performing Schedule Risk Analysis will be valued.
