For more information, please visit fluenceenergy.com.\nJob Description:\nResponsibilities\nPerform inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and field service activities on BESS and associated HV, MV, and LV systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues using appropriate diagnostic and testing tools.\nConduct HV switching activities in accordance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.\nMaintain accurate maintenance, switching, permit, and technical records.\nIdentify and address system issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.\nSupport commissioning activities, including testing, validation, and optimization of new installations.\nCollaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to support safe and efficient operations.\nCollaborate with project managers, commissioning teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and handover.\nWork with internal teams to prepare reports, develop maintenance schedules, and update technical documentation.\nStay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to BESS operations and HV systems.\nRequirements:\nThe successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years relevant experience in an energy, engineering and/or battery storage related field. \nAn ability to interact in a multicultural environment, travel and to work under pressure are also very important. In addition, qualified candidates will have:\nCurrent A-Class Electrician License with relevant HV (High Voltage) experience.\nProven experience in the renewable energy sector, with strong knowledge of maintenance practices for renewable systems.\nProficiency in HV switching and strict adherence to safety standards and regulations.\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.\nAbility to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, service manuals, and detailed technical documentation.\nSolid computer literacy for operating and maintaining OEM systems.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nValid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.\nOur Culture\nAt Fluence, our culture is the foundation that drives our ambitious growth strategy and fuels our mission to transform the future of energy.
