You’ll work closely with and report to our Senior AI & Design Lead to turn product requirements into robust, secure, and well-documented applications, as well as maintain existing ones.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nBuild and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Next.js.\n\nArchitect reliable, performant backends and APIs; familiarity with AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, Cognito, etc.) is important. AWS Bedrock and AWS CloudTrail experience is a plus.\n\nImplement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access for clinician, admin, and other user workflows.\n\nDesign data models and flows with privacy, auditability, and regulatory considerations in mind.\n\nIntegrate with internal and external APIs and third-party services used in our B2B stack.\n\nExperience with LLM/AI features in production (guardrails, logging, security considerations).\n\nImplement logging, monitor performance, and ship production-quality code.
