You will be responsible for shaping our DevOps culture, driving automation, and managing the allocation of DevOps resources..\nThis is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, operational excellence, and strong collaboration with engineering, QA, and client delivery teams.\nRevolution / transformation\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of DevOps engineers.\nOversee environment versioning, configuration management, and infrastructure automation.\nrevolutionize our text-based configuration into a generator-based process, supporting a quick span to multiple servers and flexibility to development expansions.\nDrive DevOps knowledge collection and team training - the DevOps team should be the Gold standard as to how to configure and deploy any component or module.\nManage the team - recruit, train, allocate tasks, supervise delivery.
