In this multi-faceted role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements, technical integration, customer education for our major global financial clients.\nYou will act as the primary technical conduit for our customers: gathering and analyzing their software requirements, routing them to internal teams (R&D, Product Management, QA), and training end-users. The ideal candidate blends solid technical skills with exceptional client-facing abilities and a strong understanding of financial technology, particularly Foreign Exchange (FX) markets.\nLocation: NY, NJ, or CT / Hybrid Status\nKey Responsibilities:\nClient Requirements Management: Actively gather, analyze, and translate customer business and technical requirements in a clear way to relevant teams.\nInternal Routing & Coordination: Process client requests and collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, QA, and Support teams to delegate tasks effectively.\nProgress Monitoring: Track the lifecycle of feature requests, custom developments, and bug fixes, ensuring timely delivery and providing regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.\nClient Onboarding: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new clients throughout the implementation and integration lifecycle.\nCustomer Training & Guidance: Quickly master the Fluent software suite and educate client teams on how to effectively operate, manage, and configure the platform.\nFX Solutions Deployment: Provide specialized support and configuration guidance for clients implementing FX-related features and trading workflows.\nSystem Configuration & Maintenance: Assist customers in achieving requirement Execute, test, and document system configurations and modifications in live production environments.\nKnowledge Sharing: Maintain knowledge base articles, contribute to implementation best practices, and provide structured client feedback to R&D.\nRequirements\n3-5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical integration, business analysis, or Tier 1-2 at Bank FX support desk\nUnderstanding of enterprise software implementation lifecycles.Trading experience- a must\nStrong domain knowledge of trading systems.
