Description
Join Fluent Trade Technologies as a Project Manager in our Delivery department, where you'll lead key projects and drive successful outcomes.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project planning and execution from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Foster a collaborative environment and promote best practices in project management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Preferred).
- Experience in the financial technology industry (Preferred).
