Role Scope
Engineer the automation and equipment inside the lines: cells, fixtures, and machines specified, bought, and proven.
Own equipment from URS through SAT: vendor selection, FAT, install, and handoff to production.
Integrate equipment into the line's controls and data: cycle counts, faults, and OEE flowing automatically.
Own uptime and cycle-time gains after handoff, not thrown over the wall.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've specified and launched production equipment or automation cells.
You've run FATs that caught what mattered before shipment.
You're hands-on at the machine: sensors, drives, and program logic.
You've integrated equipment data into OEE or MES reporting.
You close out installs completely: training, spares, and documentation.
Bonus: PLC programming. Robotics integration. Machine safety standards. CMMS and spares strategy.
