If you're going to spend your time, spend it on something that matters to the world.\n\nRole Scope\nEngineer automated commissioning from the controls side: test sequences written into the control layer itself.\n\nBuild the functional test library: every device and sequence in the reference design with an automated test to match.\n\nRun automated commissioning on live sites: execute, analyze, and disposition failures with the field team.\n\nFeed results upstream: design and controls standards fixed where tests keep failing.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.\n\nYou've commissioned building or data center control systems hands-on.\n\nYou've written the test procedures, not just executed them.\n\nYou program BMS or PLC platforms well enough to embed tests in logic.\n\nYou analyze trend data to find the failure the point check missed.\n\nYou've turned repeat findings into upstream fixes.\n\nBonus: L4 and L5 commissioning at scale. Tridium, ALC, Siemens, or PLC platforms. Analytics tooling.
