If you're going to spend your time, spend it on something that matters to the world.\n\nThe Data Center Design Team\nExamples of key problems the team is working on\nLead the design, development, and execution of 10s to 100s of GWs of data centers this decade.\n\nDrive the next generation of liquid cooling and electrical distribution systems.\n\nDevelop and scale first-of-a-kind modular data centers.\n\nInfluence behind-the-meter designs and planning for multi-GW campuses.\n\nRole Scope\nOwn end-to-end project management of concurrent data center design and solution-delivery programs from initiation through construction-ready handoff.\n\nBuild and maintain integrated master schedules across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, technology, and specialty design disciplines.\n\nEstablish program governance: milestone gates, design review cadences, change control, and decision logs that create accountability without overhead.\n\nOwn the template and standard program, build the playbooks, and create the systems that let engineers focus on engineering.\n\nIdentify risks, interdependencies, and blockers ahead of time so nothing is unforeseen.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly,tell us where you would.\nYou've run technical program management for complex design or construction programs, ideally data center or large capital projects.\n\nYou build integrated master schedules across many design disciplines and hold them.\n\nYou establish program governance (gates, change control, decision logs) that adds accountability, not bureaucracy.\n\nYou build playbooks, templates, and systems that let technical teams move faster.\n\nYou see risks and dependencies before they bite and drive them to resolution.\n\nBonus: Data center or mission-critical design programs. PMP or PgMP. Primavera P6 or MS Project.
