Qualify and dual-source across every critical equipment category, with lead-time and capacity thresholds tied directly to the forward build pipeline.\n\nMake supply chain the reason we build faster than anyone. Use the frontier of AI to forecast lead times, demand, and disruption with a precision the industry has never had, and turn that foresight into a structural edge.\n\nRole Scope\nOwn the hardware fleet lifecycle: receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, and decommission across every site.\n\nSet spares strategy per site, levels, locations, and replenishment triggers, balancing availability against capital.\n\nTrack fleet health and utilization so aging, failure rates, and warranty positions drive decisions instead of surprises.\n\nCoordinate fleet moves between sites, from packaging standards to chain of custody.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou've managed a hardware fleet or asset base of tens of thousands of units.\n\nYou've set spares levels from failure data and defended the working capital they consume.\n\nYou keep asset records accurate enough to survive an audit without a scramble.\n\nYou've run RMA and warranty recovery programs that returned real money.\n\nBonus: GPU or server fleets.
