Fluidstack is an artificial intelligence infrastructure company that builds and operates large GPU clusters for model developers, research labs and enterprises. It began by aggregating idle compute from data centres and has since moved into developing dedicated gigawatt-scale sites, arranging the power, financing and construction alongside the clusters themselves, and it works with national governments and sovereign programmes as well as commercial labs. The company is headquartered in New York with a substantial London presence, and it competes with the specialist GPU cloud providers by taking on the energy and site development problem rather than only reselling capacity.

About Fluidstack

We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.

We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.

We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply!

How We Operate

  • Be a barrel. Full autonomy. Own things end to end, take on scope without being asked, no permission required to operate outside your core role.

  • Insane urgency. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.

  • Reason from first principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins.

  • Love of the game. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time. We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.

  • Build something that actually matters. If you're going to spend your time, spend it on something that matters to the world.

The Construction Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on

  • Put gigawatts in the ground, faster than anyone has. We're delivering one of the largest data center buildouts of its kind, with many sites running at once. Traditional construction management breaks at this scale, so we're building the model that replaces it.

  • Throw out traditional construction and invent how gigawatts get built. Tons of tools, layers of process, and administrative drag don't get you there. You'll strip all of that out and win by solving the real problem and beating the goal, not by managing toward it.

  • Productize the data center so we can build it a thousand times. You'll turn one-off construction into a repeatable, modular build, where the hundredth site goes up faster and cleaner than the first. That repeatability is the only way to reach the scale we're targeting.

Role Scope

  • Own the site schedule in P6: build it with the field, update it from the field, and keep it honest.

  • Run weekly lookaheads with superintendents and GCs so the three-week plan matches what crews actually do.

  • Analyze float, logic, and progress to flag slips weeks before they show up in a milestone.

  • Tie the schedule to commissioning sequences so system turnover dates drive construction priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.

  • You've scheduled large industrial or mission critical construction in P6, on site, not from an office.

  • You build schedules from crew logic, not templates.

  • You spot a bad progress update and challenge it with data.

  • You communicate schedule risk in plain language a superintendent will act on.

  • Bonus: Data center builds. Pull planning and last planner. Earned value tracking. Commissioning schedule integration.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
