Role Scope
Drive programs across the production engineering org: fleet tooling rollouts, reliability initiatives, and cross-site standards.
Run the cadence between production engineering, data center operations, and software teams so fixes ship fleet-wide instead of site by site.
Own escalations from live sites through root cause to closed corrective action.
Build the reporting that tells leadership where the fleet actually stands.
What We're Looking For

You've run technical programs across infrastructure or operations engineering teams.
You've taken incidents to root cause and driven the fix across every affected system.
You keep a dozen workstreams moving and know which one is about to slip.
You're fluent enough technically to challenge an engineer's estimate and be right sometimes.
You write the update leadership actually reads.
Bonus: Data center or fleet operations. SQL and dashboarding. Incident management systems. Hardware-software interface programs.
