This role provides technical and administrative direction to lower-level personnel.\nAssist in the preparation of project audit schedules, discipline activity plans for the Quality function, and audit reports (internal and external), noting non-conformances and verifying effective corrective action\nAssist (if directed by senior Quality management) the Project Manager in developing an orientation program to ensure that the project teams are familiar with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan; including other Quality matters, if required\nAct as a Quality auditor and may follow up on audit findings and corrective actions\nAssess (if directed by senior Quality management) the ability of the suppliers to meet the Quality requirements of the project\nAssist in the maintenance of project Quality records for all phases of the project\nExecute project Quality work in accordance with approved Activity Plans\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Job Requirements\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and three (3) years of work-related experience; a recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements\nAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors\nJob related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job\nAbility to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines\nAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner\nOther Job Requirements\nPreferred Qualifications\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering/technical preferred\nProfessional engineer-in-training preferred\nInternal Auditor certification required\nThree (3) years of related Quality/project experience\nModerate interpersonal and communication skills\nModerate leadership and decision-making skills\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
