If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you’re invited to apply for this role.\nJob Description\nThis position performs financial, operational and/or information technology audits from routine to complex in nature.\nRecommend revisions and/or expansion to audit program as necessary to ensure adequate coverage of audit areas\nDevelop and maintain familiarity with company policies and procedures, knowledge of current audit developments, and a general awareness of areas affecting the company's business\nInterface with other groups inside and outside the organization, project management, finance personnel, and auditors\nComplete sections of routine areas\nPerform work within complex audit areas as directed\nReview the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information and the means used to identify, measure, classify and report such information\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Job Requirements\nAccredited four (4) year bachelor degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years of work-related experience. Fewer years of work-related experience may be acceptable if candidate has public accounting experience.\nWorking toward applicable professional certification(s) or license(s\nAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors\nJob related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job\nAbility to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines\nAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner\nOther Job Requirements\nPreferred Qualifications\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in accounting, business, finance, computer science, or information management\nFour (4) years of related audit/internal audit/finance/information systems experience\nDemonstrated proficiency in the use of Fluor's Enterprise Risk Management system and other financial systems\nGood interpersonal and communication skills\nBasic leadership and decision-making skills\nAbility to function in a highly professional and confidential manner, maintaining independence and objectivity from the areas audited, in compliance with internal auditing standards and ethics\nRequires a high degree of discretion and evaluation capabilities\nApplicable professional certification(s) or licenses\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
