This position is responsible for the construction engineering staff in all phases of the project as well as a Project Document and Data Management (PDDM) department. This position is responsible for the administration of the field engineering department on a large to mega-project size.\nEstablish and execute the construction engineering program, which includes the exchange of engineering information among the client, design engineer, and project\nSupervise the project construction engineers and coordinates their activities with the activities of the construction engineering department and other project departments\nEstablish and maintain effective communication between the company and design engineering to ensure the timely flow of design documents and information\nWork with the Site Quality Manager to ensure that the Quality objectives are being met for the project\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Job Requirements\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eighteen (18) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty-two (22) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements\nAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders\nJob related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job\nAbility to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines\nAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner\nOther Job Requirements\nMust be able to provide proof of US citizenship\nExperience with Nuclear Construction\nPreferred Qualifications\nConstruction Management degree or global equivalent\nTypically has eighteen (18) years of field project experience\nThorough working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures\nAdvanced computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the advanced use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\n#LI-Missions\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
