This role performs moderate number of minimally complex assignments, evaluates, selects, and applies standard administrative techniques to projects and/or departments.\nDeliver quality work, and adhere to the Operating System Requirements (OSR)\nAdminister and maintain highly confidential and specialized information and apply general understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations\nAssist in the development of project and department standards, procedures, practices, and guidelines\nIdentify and evaluate personnel availability for internal and external assignments\nDevelop and administer documentation for personnel transactions\nCoordinate and allocate space needs with operating center, project management, and/or task force\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Job Requirements\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements\nAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors\nJob related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job\nAbility to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines\nAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner\nOther Job Requirements\nServe as department representative to internal clients\nSupport global project and/or department initiatives\nEngage in Fluor's global community, promoting a OneFluor mindset\nImplement global strategy at the local level\nContribute to and promote the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities\nPreferred Qualifications\nExpert in use of Fluor specialized software\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written\nDemonstrates ability to prioritize and delegate workload\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
