This position requires a working knowledge and background of assigned work, the ability to appreciate and resolve complex situations with assistance, and see actions as a series of steps.\nMust be able to lead a team of Electrical technicians while making critical decisions on a daily basis.\nMust be engaged with customers, engineers, project managers and tradesmen at all times to ensure all critical work is performed without interruption of service to all equipment.\nAttend Fluor and customer based meetings daily to ensure continuity throughout all vested parties.\nAble to prioritize and schedule Corrective and Preventive Maintenance tasks within Fluors multishift Electrical department.\nMust be able to lead team of Electrical Technicians to ensure all critical equipment are maintained properly while being in constant communication with vendors, contractors, procurement, logistics and Facilities Operations Team.\nComplying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.\nMust be able to plan and execute trades to ensure they work in a safe manner utilizing all required PPE, site safety plans and safe work practices at all times.\nDuties include; inspects field work performed; plans and estimates maintenance and repair work; maintains records of work order requests and completion.\nOther duties as assigned.\nSalary Range: $50.00/hour to $55.00/hour + Fringe Rate of $5.55/hour\nBasic Job Requirements\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements\nAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors\nJob related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job\nAbility to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines\nAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.\nOther Job Requirements\nFacilities Electrical Lead typically requires 8-10 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. High School diploma or GED\nMust have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Polygraph\nU.S. Citizen\nMust demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program).
