The role requires strong financial analysis skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly outlook processes. \nPrepare monthly financial reports and perform variance analysis (Actuals vs Plan/Forecast). \nAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. \nDevelop MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations. \nPartner with business stakeholders to gather inputs and support decision-making. \nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data. \nSupport ad-hoc financial analysis and leadership requests. \nBasic Job Requirements\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study\n3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business finance. \nStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. \nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory). \nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nOther Job Requirements\nKeep apprised of changes in governmental, professional, and internal reporting requirements, accounting principles and standards through analysis of published materials, attendance at professional meetings and seminars, and discussions with corporate-wide financial professionals\nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated basic interpersonal and communication skills\nDemonstrated dependability and reliability\nAbility to deliver timely and accurate information\nProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other personal computer applications\nAbility to learn and use Fluor’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and other information technology systems\nTo be Considered Candidates:\nMust be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
