This role will support reporting transformation initiatives while delivering critical financial and operational insights to leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare, analyze, and maintain financial, labor, proposal, and operational reports. \nDevelop and manage Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics solutions. \nAutomate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through technology-enabled solutions. \nConsolidate and analyze data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights. \nSupport forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews. \nIdentify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation. \nPartner with FP&A teams and business stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytical solutions. \nEnsure data accuracy, governance, and reporting integrity. \nBasic Job Requirements\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study\n4-6 years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.\nStrong FP&A foundation with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.\nAdvanced Power BI skills, including data modeling and dashboard development.\nStrong Excel, Power Query, and data analysis skills.\nExperience in reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.\nAbility to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nOther Job Requirements\nKeep apprised of changes in governmental, professional, and internal reporting requirements, accounting principles and standards through analysis of published materials, attendance at professional meetings and seminars, and discussions with corporate-wide financial professionals\nPreferred Qualifications\nPower Automate, VBA, SQL, SAP, or ERP reporting experience.\n\nExperience building self-service reporting solutions and executive dashboards.\n\nTo be Considered Candidates:\nMust be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
