This requires an understanding of the activities being performed with respect to accounting theory and company policies as needed for the position.\nAssist in preparation and input of financial plans to meet the needs of the department\nPerform budget versus actual analysis, identification of variances, and documentation of causes\nPresent findings to financial and operational management\nPerform account reconciliations, research unexpected items and resolve inaccuracies\nMay be responsible to propose and record journal vouchers\nAnalyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Job Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related function.\nProfessional certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.\nWorking knowledge of SAP is an advantage.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.\nDemonstrated technical accounting knowledge and the ability to apply job-related expertise to perform assigned responsibilities effectively.\nOther Job Requirements\nPreferred Qualifications\nTo be Considered Candidates:\nMust be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
