The role ensures data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable insights from HR systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGenerate recurring HR reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).\nDevelop and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards.\nAnalyze workforce metrics and trends, including: o Headcount o Attrition o Attendance o Recruitment metrics o Employee movement o Diversity metrics o HR Service Level performance\nValidate data accuracy and resolve reporting discrepancies.\nPartner with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.\nSupport audits, compliance reporting, and management reviews.\nAutomate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.\nPrepare executive-level presentations and business insights.\nBasic Job Requirements\nThis position is based in Cebu. Candidates must be willing to relocate; however, please note that no relocation package will be provided.\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, etc.) and at least two (2) years of work-related experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, shared services, or business reporting\nExperience in dashboard creation, management report generation, and data analysis\nExperience handling large datasets and performing data validation\nTechnical skills: o Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, etc.) o Reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) o Knowledge of data governance and reporting controls\nOther Job Requirements\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in HR Shared Services, BPO, or multinational organizations\nExposure in HR Information System platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, etc.\nStrong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, data interpretation, attention to detail and accuracy\nDemonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information\nAbility to present data in a clear, business-friendly format\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple reporting deadlines\nHigh level of integrity, accountability, and ownership\nContinuous improvement orientation\nTo be Considered Candidates:\nMust be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
