If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you’re invited to apply for this role.\nWe're Hiring: HSE Supervisor (Commissioning & Project Close-Out)\nLocation: Penang, Malaysia\nProject: Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility (FAB)\nDuration: Contract Position\nWe are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to support the final construction, commissioning, startup, testing, and project close-out phases of a major semiconductor project.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct daily site safety inspections and audits\nLead toolbox talks and safety briefings\nMonitor Permit-to-Work (PTW), Risk Assessments, and LOTO compliance\nProvide HSE oversight during:\nElectrical energization\nHVAC & MEP commissioning\nProcess tool installation and startup\nChemical and specialty gas system commissioning\nFire protection and life safety testing\nMonitor contractor safety performance and enforce site requirements\nInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions\nSupport emergency response drills and site readiness activities\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial construction projects\nExperience supporting commissioning and startup activities\nSemiconductor, cleanroom, data center, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred\nNEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification preferred\nStrong knowledge of PTW, LOTO, work-at-height, confined space, lifting, and hot work requirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong field presence and leadership\nExcellent communication and contractor management skills\nProactive safety mindset\nAbility to work in a fast-paced commissioning environment\nTo be Considered Candidates:\nMust be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
